1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS of service
Welcome to Sol & Citrus, a brand operated by SC HOSPITALITY LLC.
By accessing or using www.sol-and-citrus.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Sol & Citrus provides premium mobile beverage bar services, including handcrafted lemonades, specialty coffee, and signature event refreshments. All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation via a signed service agreement.
3. BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to additional fees as detailed in your specific event contract. We will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
4. LIABILITY AND CONDUCT
SC HOSPITALITY LLC will not be responsible for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or information contained on the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
